Since completing my PhD in Strategy I’ve built a portfolio career, which integrates a range of roles where I use my skills and experience to add value to organisations.
Through my consulting company Teak Yew, I design businesses for the future. I act as a partner for business decision makers who are thinking ahead, to set their strategic direction and successfully overcome the challenges they face to achieve their desired vision.
My portfolio includes a number of board roles, where I use my strategy skills, as part of the board team, to set and monitor the strategic direction for these organisations.
I regularly run workshops, speak at conferences and industry events, and write for various publications.
Away from work I’m involved in the community through a number of volunteer roles.
