In 2020 Clare founded GovPartners, a purpose driven management consultancy with clients including the Gold Coast Waterways Authority, Australian Museum and MakerSpace & Co.

Prior to establishing GovPartners, Clare held Senior Executive roles at Infrastructure NSW and the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and worked for InfoMaster, an IT company specialising in ePlanning, GIS and Asset Management.
