Michael is founding director of Edgeware Creative Entrepreneurship, a small business training and coaching company, and maintains his own coaching practice. He has a background in community cultural development, especially cross-cultural work, which inspired innovation in business design, higher education, and vocational education and training. He was recently Executive in Residence at the Yunus Centre, Griffith University, focusing on social enterprise and entrepreneurship development. Prior to that he was Innovator in Residence at Comlink Australia, working on a community of practice developing novel products and services in Health and Wellbeing.
